All returns are subject to a 50% restocking fee. Any and all shipping, handling, import, export, customs, brokerage, or tax-related fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser, buyer, and/or customer.
Preferred Heating & Cooling does not reimburse or credit any shipping or handling costs under any circumstances. Returned items must be unused, uninstalled, in original packaging, and in resellable condition. Items that have been installed, damaged, altered, or show signs of use are not eligible for return or refund.
All return requests must be submitted in writing and approved by Preferred Heating & Cooling prior to shipment. Unauthorized returns will be refused and returned to the sender at their expense.
Special‑order items, electrical components, refrigerant‑bearing parts, and custom‑configured equipment are non‑returnable and non‑refundable.
The purchaser, buyer, and/or customer is responsible for ensuring proper packaging and shipping of returned items. Preferred Heating & Cooling is not liable for lost, damaged, or incomplete return shipments.
